Emmeline Adu-Beng is the founder and president of the Elizabeth Yaa Mansa Foundation. Having been raised in Ghana, she relocated to the United States in her youth, continuing her education there. Having experienced several personal and societal barriers, she held fast to her love of learning that was cultivated in her childhood in Ghana and went on to become a professional in the aerospace industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Materials Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and two master’s degrees in business administration and strategic management from Indiana University. She is a professional in the aerospace industry with years of experience practicing in various engineering disciplines such as Material and Project engineering, as well as experience in business development and strategy.
She has a passion for career development and mentorship, having driven and supported numerous career development initiatives within her company. She is a committed mentor of early career engineering professionals, working with mentees to build their network and expand their professional scope. Inspired by the memory of her grandmother, Elizabeth Yaa Mansa, and her passion for helping incoming professionals navigate their career, Emmeline created this foundation to increase opportunities for students in underserved communities in Ghana to fully realize their potential and make their impact in the industries helping the nation grow.

Derrick Adu Asante is the Managing Director of EYMF and a graduate of the National Film and Television Institute (NAFTI) , now UniMAC-IFT, where he earned a degree in Fine Arts with a specialisation in Broadcast Journalism.
Driven by a passion for social and economic transformation, he is committed to empowering Ghana’s youth in tertiary institutions to become leaders, innovators, and change-makers shaping a brighter future for the nation.

Paul Atsu Dushie is a young media practitioner with knowledge in Radio and Television production. Having worked in the media space as a news writer and other media related roles over the years, he has the passion of advocating for change and helping young individuals reach their full potential through various support systems. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the National Film and Television Institute (NAFTI) , now UniMAC-IFT. Paul believes in change and a society where every individual is given an equal playing field to realize their dreams and aspirations. His work leverages the power of media to go beyond informing to uplift, empower, and spark transformation.
